We are continuously developing our processes to meet our customers’ needs and provide them with added value.
We have an extensive investment program underway, totaling approximately €2.5 million. One of its key objectives has been to launch the production of Turned Edge books in Mikkeli. This objective has been successfully achieved, and the first Turned Edge books have already been delivered to our customers.
The project involved investments in new production technology, as well as increased automation to streamline post-processing. The new equipment has enabled the production of an entirely new book product. A key factor in the project’s implementation was a grant of approximately €363,000 from the South Savo ELY Centre, funded by the European Union’s Regional Development Fund.
The new Turned Edge book product is primarily targeted at the growing markets in Africa. Our aim is to generate additional annual sales of €2–2.5 million with this new product.
